Product Return Procedure
• To return a product in compliance with QUASAR L.L.C. satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 30 days from the date the product was delivered. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. All RMA requests must be filed and e-mailed or faxed. QUASAR L.L.C. not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 10 days within which return products must be received by QUASAR L.L.C.. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
• After 30 days from date delivered and product turns out to be defective, please contact the manufacturer for their warranty replacement. Unfortunately after 30 days, we can no longer accept a product for return even if factory sealed.
RETURN POLICY ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS FOR REPLACEMENT ONLY
• Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to QUASAR L.L.C. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing a tracking number, proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. QUASAR L.L.C. will not be responsible for any damage or lost packages during shipping transit. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, in its original packaging, in new condition with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories that were provided. Incomplete items will be sent back to the customer.
• QUASAR L.L.C. will pay for shipping cost in sending back a defective product for REPLACEMENT ONLY. Your replacement product will ship within 5 to 10 business days upon receipt of the defective product. If you need a replacement product immediately, we may process a new order for you and ship the same product (depending on availability) after billing your credit card account. Once the defective product has been received, we will credit your account for the price of the product.
• If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. We do not stock all our items in one location and therefore we need to return the entire defective product to the manufacturer for a complete replacement. ALL ITEMS THAT ARE IN A BLISTER PACK (PLASTIC PACKAGING) MUST BE RETURNED EVEN THOUGH IT HAS ALREADY BEEN OPENED!
• QUASAR L.L.C. reserves the right to return any open product to the customer if the RMA number issued is for a Factory Sealed product. All incomplete items or information that does not match the RMA form will be returned back to the customer. QUASAR L.L.C. will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, QUASAR L.L.C. will assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer's account.
• All Defective RMA return found not to be defective when tested would incur a return freight charge and a a 15% restocking fee, which will be billed to the credit card used on the original order.
RETURN POLICY FOR REFUND ONLY
• QUASAR L.L.C. will process a credit to your account within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the defective product. We do not refund shipping charges. All defective returns for refund are subject to a 15% handling fee.
• To avoid being charged the handling fee, we encourage our customers to choose replacements.
• Any return for defect found not to be defective when tested will incur a return freight charge and a 15% handling fee. This charge will be billed to the credit card used on the original order.
• QUASAR L.L.C. will process a credit to your account within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of the non-defective product. We do not refund shipping charges. All non-defective returns for refund are subject to a 15% handling fee.
